Mexipollock — MOXI

1. License
MOXI is licensed, not sold. Mexipollock ("we," "us") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use MOXI on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), which is incorporated here by reference.
This license is for personal or professional creative use. You may use MOXI in live performance, studio production, education, or any other creative context.
2. Your MIDI Output
You own all the music you create with MOXI. Any MIDI sequences, patterns, or exported files you produce using MOXI belong entirely to you. Mexipollock makes no claim to any musical or compositional output generated through the use of this app.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend MOXI to any third party
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble MOXI except to the extent permitted by applicable law
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use MOXI to develop a competing product
4. Intellectual Property
MOXI and all associated software, design, and documentation are the property of Mexipollock and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This license does not transfer any ownership of intellectual property to you.
5. Updates
We may release updates to MOXI from time to time. Updates delivered through the App Store are governed by these terms. We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
MOXI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that MOXI will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mexipollock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MOXI, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for MOXI.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, jurisdiction in which Mexipollock is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of MOXI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
